    I called to book ...

    I called to book an appointment a week in advance. They booked me in for Friday morning. I have a 2 month old so I had to arrange for a babysitter this morning. I was really looking forward to having my hair done. When I got there the stylist ty was all over the place and couldn't keep a thought straight . He then told me he did not have time to do my hair! I left very unhappy! I have never had an experience like this! Very unprofessional.
