I have been a regular costumer for about 2 years now! They have always treated me with respect and have consistently gotten my order correct over time. They atmosphere is nice as the workers tend to treat you as a friend after a while which is a nice change from some other pizza places I have been to.
Worst service I've ever received. Our order was old, they promised it would be free after 20 minutes, and long after we mentioned the promise. The manager/owner? immediately got angry at us, and wouldn't give it for free. We eventually said we would pay for it, he then ripped the receipt out of my boyfriend's hand when we said we would be complaining about this. I asked for his name - he never gave it (I believe security said his name was Moustafa). Anyways, I would recommend going anywhere else
Absolutely terrible service, went in 24 minutes after order, no pizza was ready. Asked cashier for free pizza, was turned away and manager/supervisor were very unprofessional. Muttering under their breathes and ignoring us throughout the whole process. I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Was given free pizza after talking too corporate but way too much trouble. Don't make promises you won't deliver on!!
