Here at Marciano's Pasta Café we only use fresh produce, the finest seafood, fresh chicken and grain fed veal in all of our dishes. Our pasta is made on location using Durham semolina flour and for those with food sensitive allergies, we offer rice and whole wheat pastas.

This is he first time we have been to the Marciano's in Waterdown , we have been to the Burlington location a couple of times. The Pros are that they have good food, the Cons are that the location is in a bad need of a Restaurant makeover, and although the staff is friendly, it was very apparent that they were short staffed.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our meals at this quaint little restaurant. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The salad was simple, but made excellent with a nice, light oil and vinegar dressing. The bread was fresh and the oil on the table was excellent when drizzled on the bread. I had the Linguine Pollo and although there was a tad too much oil, it was still excellent. I forget the name of the dish my boyfriend had, but it was pasta with italian sausage in it. He raved about it.
The portions were huges with lots of leftovers which made an excellent breakfast the next day!
We used the entertainment book coupon for this visit, but will definitely go back without coupons!
