I currently live in one of their buildings and haven't had hot water for over a month. They do not care. We have have no choice but to file a T2. This isn't the first time I've used this service and I'm not sure why I continue to do so. The person answering the phone doesn't seem very friendly and they will literally let anyone live in their units.
