Up until today I would happily have given 5 stars but I was refused service because I dont follow mindless arbitrarily imposed rules to wear a face rag while sitting in my own vehicle. Ive been a customer for many years but if this is how you are now running your business I will be taking my two vehicles elsewhere. Good day.

Cracked the oil pan when they tightened the oil plug too much. Unable to repair it and unwilling to pay for the repair. $500.

Staff is very inexperienced. Had to show them where the oil filter was on my vehicle. They didn't have the proper tools to take my filter off which they only found out after draining the oil on my vehicle. They then proceeded to over fill the oil in my vehicle when I said I would take it somewhere else. Driving to the Toyota dealer down the road. The vehicle was running rough. The Toyota dealer told me the oil had made it into the cylinders. Then a month later they expect to be paid not happenin

Pleasant Experience.

They did my oil and tires in a pretty decent amount of time. The guy who did was exceptionally courteous and eager to make my experience relaxed. I'd go there again any day. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. It was quick, they were kind, and you get a free car wash token with every oil change.

Won't go back

Yesterday I got an oil change there. The standard package which contains all fluids topped up. I asked if my power steering fluid was low (because my steering had been a little off) the owner who I dealt with said it was fine and completely full. When I got home I checked it myself and it was below the minimum line. I also checked everything else and my wiper fluid was also almost out. They didn't do either! I'm not even sure they changed my oil! I called back to complain and the owner was rude and yelled at me, saying I was lying. Why would I bother calling him if everything was fine?!?! Don't trust them there! I won't ever go back.
