As a long time customer my last visit is exactly that. Safety cover anchor was jammed, no solution offered from the miserable staff member while the owner quietly looked on. Not the first time I’ve been treated poorly there, “adios”
I was referred to Quality by a neighbor of mine, who always has a sparkly clean pool, and mine was always ugly. I did the walk of shame, going in with a bottle of green water. The staff tested my water. They were amazing and thorough, walking through the chemicals, step by step. I even emailed them after hours because I forgot part of my instructions, and Tammy (?) replied instantly.
Less than 3 days later, I had sparkling clear water again.
Thanks for the help
Had the pool opened by them. Guys that opened it left a mess all in the grass. Had an issue with the pump not filling with water so we went in and asked about it since we were told that all we had to do was fill the pool and turn the motor on. Blonde girl behind the counter was very rude when we went in and explained what happened and kept cutting us off when we were talking. They have lost a loyal customer, and won't be recomended to anyone.
