We brought both of our vehicles here. One through service and the other through the fast lane.
When we went to the fast lane to pay Alex was on the phone with an unhappy customer. Alex explained his point to the customer several times while we waited to pay.
After the 4th time he circled his conversation with the customer on the phone getting louder each time I interrupted and ask that he serve us so we may leave. Alex got loud and argumentive with me.
Not something a manager does.
Nothing but praise for the excellent service received at this dealership. On several occasions we have required there service and each time have been treated with courtesy and respect. Prompt, efficient and effective.
Always excellent service at the Quick Lane. Alex is great at what he does and the techs are friendly and always helpful. They let you know what might need to be done soon and never try to up sell you! Love the car wash when everything is done!
