The customer service was initially great to begin with. My fiancée and I had decided to custom make a halo for my centre diamond. They assured me that they knew what they were doing. It took nearly 2 whole months to complete! The first time it was completed in 2.5 weeks but they missed out on the details I asked for. So, they had to start again from scratch. It was good that they didn't charge extra. They did well on this promise. Final completion turned out very well but the ring was too big
