Unpleasant experience. i bought a bed from the Bricks about 4 years ago, i noticed one of the parts was bad and needed changing, I went in to ask if they had the parts, they said there was absolutely nothing they could do that they had no idea how to get across to the vendor, I asked for the information of the vendor to order the parts myself. The customer service said they did not know. Realize that once you buy anything at the bricks they are clueless as to maintenance.
Worst experience had at this place and pathetic customer service
I had an Amazing experience from start to Finish. Thank you Jacky in customer service for answering all my questions with a smile and Lloyd you made my shopping Experience fun no pressure. I love the staff at this location. I will be sure to shop there again and refer all my friends . T.W.
Very poor and rude customer service who do not want to admit to their mistakes. Had ordered a sofa set and got it delivered 4 months later just to find out it was the wrong order. We went to customer service and they would decline their mistake. After an hour of arguing this rudely changed the order and had that delivered a month later however, one sofa chair was the wrong one again. We have yet to receive our full order. Costly furniture, poor sales associates, poor customer service.
