    In December 2020 Victor and his crew installed kitchen counter. 2 weeks later area that was joined partially separated. i sent pictures to victor which he ignored. 2 weeks ago (August 2021), sink partially separated from counter, i called him again he did not answer but sent text to say i overfilled sink and i should put wood under sink for support. to date no calls or visit to fix. i suppose he is waiting out his 1 year guarantee statement on his site, it is now Sept 2021 guarantee ends soon.
