BMO Bank of Montreal Main Office

i just want to say that the customer service at this branch is absolutely inadequate. the woman I dealt with, was pertinent, and very 'matter of fact' attitude of deliverance in her demeanor. Normally, I deal with the Branch at Windermere and Bloor St W in Toronto and have never ever experienced such a poor manner. The other branch in Shopper's World were super courteous when I needed assistance and knew their stuff. Shame on Queen Location.
