Just finished up our second project with Steve - I only wish he did EVERYTHING (like landscaping, drywall, electrical and plumbing) because he puts the professional finish on everything he does. I've had many contractors over the years and a very small amount of business cards that I have kept to a) use again or; b) refer to others Steve is on the top of the pile....Thank you for another job well done. Impressed with Service.
Steve came to Brampton, 3 years ago to install our floors and did an amazing job. We recently noticed a little issue of ends separating from the walls. Called Steve after 3+ years, he came back down 1 1/2 hours away from Barrie and fixed the floor and when asked his charges...He said there was none. Stated - He services his work! Great on you Steve! Impressed !!!!
When I say to my customers "that I hope to be their flooring installation company for life" I mean it! Thankfully I very seldom receive callbacks (unless for more work) but I will allways service any concern. My warrantee or guarantee will exceed any other. That's just how I do business.

Steve did an excellent job for us.
Steve installed a hardwood floor on a hallway and a landing. He is a real craftsman and a perfectionist. We appreciate his advice and professionalism.

We had laminate installed on our first floor. We had a few quotes, but Steve stood out. He was very professional, and he values a good job done. We would highly recommend Just Laminate! We will be calling him again in the future for this house or our next. Thanks, we are loving our new floors!!

Made it right
My previous review was not very positive. However the owner of Just Laminate has contacted us to remidy the complaint. He was very concerned about the issue & wanted to make it right. Misunderstanding or bad comunication? not really sure but the point is he tried to fix the problem.
There was an over site on a transition piece that did not get installed to customer, rdumals, who left negative review of 1 star. I have apologized to homeowner and taken steps to clear up the over site. The customer made corrective review without request and I am glad I have been giving to opportunity to correct mistake.
