Every time I leave and Caitlin does my hair I feel like a million bucks! Love this place - won't go anywhere else. The staff are lovely, great coffee, quick and friendly - perfect every time.
I went for a hair appointment for a color correction and was told I should keep the color that was currently in my hair and i trusted the opinion of an "expert" however I asked to have the greys touched up only to get my face all stained with the color and not having all the greys filled. The blow dry made me look like a lion, I had to go home and do my hair myself. I understand the color decision, but the stain all over my forehead and terrible blow dry is totally unexceptionable.
