Richard was able to accommodate me on less than 24 hours notice which is important as I don't live in Brockville and needed an assessment ASAP. He was brutally honest which is what I wanted and appreciated. We are very happy for his service. We saved couple of thousands $ from his findings and suggestions in report. He has professional equipment so he do very thorough inspection. He has knowledge of everything related to house. He also gave suggestions for safety and maintenance of house. He gave very details report with photographs.
