After they install everything and you pay them (our bill was over $13,000), you will never get any post-sales support unless you are willing to wait over 4 weeks and can stay at home right by your phone 9am-5pm. They rarely return phone calls or leave any voice mails, they just drop your scheduled service altogether. They are owned by ROODE AND ROSE and operate under ATLANTIC STOVES AND FIREPLACES.
