    Michael really took the time to explain his findings after he performed our home inspection. I've used other independent home inspection companies in the past, and this was by far the best value for my important home investment. He was thorough and informative during the inspection. The report was detailed, easy to read, and included photographs. Best of all we were able to renegotiate our offer price due to older perimeter drainage problems seeping water into the basement that was uncovered during the inspection.
