So Blu used to be a nice store, but has gone downhill in brand options & quality of service. Service is nonexistent from management to front line staff. They offer a small selection of brand names & their prices are the same as Holt Renfrew, Bay or Nordstrom's. You can find better deals & inventory shopping elsewhere. Would like to see boutiques ditch the drab common trends & carry fashion forward unique pieces. You can find the same boring styles at box stores, nothing impressive about So Blu!
