Smith’s Pub has only one veggie burger option on their menu, but it’s so good that everyone, including carnivores, should try it at least once. It’s made with a patty of brown rice, sunflower seeds and almonds that stays together through every bite. It’s topped with fresh tomatoes, cucumber and a sweet pepper relish that’s made in house, then served on a brioche bun.
