Workshop facilitators and attendees feel like they have been transported somewhere special in Tidal's relaxing atmosphere, while still having access to all of the benefits of being in a downtown city.Alongside of the 18 skilled practitioners who provide many different of styles alternative healing modalities that are offer here at Tidal Elements, we also have a studio space that offers weekly yoga, meditation and QiGong classes.
