I got an oil change done at Surrey Centre Auto repairs on December 27, 2017 on a Groupon and I was not impressed. By January 4, 2018, the bolt under the car that keeps the oil in fell off and oil started pouring out. It appeared to me that the bolt was tightened with hands rather than tools and the oil was all over the bottom of my car (could have been leaking for days). My motor could potentially be damaged and Surrey Centre is not claiming responsibility and has refused to help me with motor.
I was there today for the first time to have some work done on my car and was so very pleased that we still have such exceptional service available to us! I was treated is such a warm and friendly atmosphere and felt so confident that I would be looked after and everything was explained to me so I really understood what was required to do the maintenance on my "beast" and trusted that they were telling me truthfully and not gauging me! I was treated so well and appreciated that!!
