Was so lucky to have found Orca Pool & Spa! My hot tub was in pretty gross condition, seeing more in it's short 3 year lifespan than any hot tub should ever have to see, and Mike fix and restored it to pristine showroom condition again. And he did so at a reasonable price! Thank you so much Mike!

Mike came out to fix my hot tub which needed a new pump. He supplied a pump & I discovered a drip a couple days later. I called & he came out right away & replaced the faulty part at no charge. Excellent service, excellent advice - always appreciated!!
I was looking for a company to repair my hot tub recently and I stumbled upon Orca Spa & Pool services and was very impressed by the service provided.
I wanted to write a review to let others out there know that Mike the service technician really knew his stuff. He was very helpful over the phone when I first contacted them, helping me to diagnose what was wrong and troubleshoot some possibilities without sounding like a mechanic who would try to up sell you on things you don't want or need.
He also tried to give me his best estimate to the repair costs, (not always easy to do and some companies weren't even willing to talk pricing until they came out to look, already incurring the service fee)
Mike showed up for the scheduled appointment promptly and handled everything like a true professional: courteous and knowledgeable, not only did he correct my problems, I'd have to say that he has found a customer for life should anything go wrong with my tub again and I would recommend his services to anyone who values a true customer service experience.
