Quite disappointed as I had an appointment however I had to wait 1/2 hour , and after waiting I had to request the receptionist to ask the stylist if she was running behind. She was and advised me that it would be awhile before she was finished. I had no choice but to leave...i asked why i wasn't notified by a phone call that the stylist was running behind? I left work early for nothing....quite upset!
After having my daughters hair done by a stylist that left her feeling upset and looking ridiculous we called the manager and he was quick to resolve the issue...had her back that day and had it striped out and fixed by another stylist named Ashley....she did an amazing job and we will return to have all our hair needs done by her in the future!!! Huge shout out to the manager for doing what was right!!!
This place is not very clean. There's dust build up, sticky tanning areas and the blue liquid fluid that the stylists put their brushes inside are filthy! I have been 2 times and will not return after the last visit.
This place shows Absolutly no pride of ownership. You walk in and and you feel like your back in 1995. It's dirty and there's holes in the wall. the staff is less than friendy I was greeted by joldeen who also took my appoipment and she gave me the absolute worst coustomer service both on the phone and in person. i have been seeing Mary-Lou for years and after this last visit I won't be back. I have never been treated so poorly. Bad experiance with the front desk staff!!! -don't go here!! Dirty nasty salon.
As the General Manage of Champers I apologize for the poor customer service you received at our Scott Rd Salon that is definitely not how we would like to be perceived.
As to the state of the Salon that day we were preparing to repaint and therefore repairs were underway,again I apologize for any discomfort this may have caused you,

I love champers! ...
I love champers! I've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I always love what my stylist does for me. I would recommend this salon to everyone!!
