Brejesh is a literal life saver. He was doing a review of a town home a few doors down from me and noticed one of the pipes was missing on my roof. He came and talked to me about it, and had a look in our attic and discovered that our tank-less hot water heater was being vented directly into our attic (pumping it full of Carbon Monoxide)! There was also a 4 hole in our roof (where the pipe should have gone) that was open to the elements. Great guy, would hire him in an instant.
Brejesh was so thorough and explained everything in detail. Even though it was late on a Friday night, he did not rush through everything and answered all our questions.
