It would be quite easy to write between 5-15 disparaging comments on this firms performance, ie or lack there-of, but it is simply easier to state . . . . .take your moving money and go elsewhere.
There are many many moving companies in the BC/ Washington Lower Mainland that will provide far superior moving service and value than TSMwBH.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Two Small Men managed to check all the boxes for a horrible service: they were extremely late, their staff were rude and unprofessional, they lost a number of valuable items and they refused to communicate with us after we paid the bill. We hired them for a move that had several parts, first to move our stuff out, download it to a storage and then later move it into a new place.
