The pharmacy is totally unorganized and multiple times failed to handle my prescription properly. I understand issues arise, however, the customer service response was beyond terrible. Do not go to this specific Shoppers Drug pharmacy, 3rd and Williams is far superior.
SO RUDE. I went to buy nailpolish and didn't know where to test it out, and used the fixtures since there were no signs to test elsewhere.. once i dab it on, the employee lady some grey-haired lady screams at me. Firstly, Why do you stand behind me and wait for me to do it, why not tell me before i did it that there were test strips. Secondly,why scream at me? nicely stating there were test strips would have been fine but shouting at me was really discouraging and rude.Never again shopping here.
