I needed a vet urgently for my pregnant German Shepherd. my dog was showing symptoms of dangerously low calcium levels. they quickly assessed her and prescribed some liquid calcium. I went and picked it up and they also donated a large bag of puppy food! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. let's not forget that they are all there to help our pets, they are angels!
When traveling through BC, my pup cracked her nail. We took her in immediately to the first vet we could find, which was, unfortunately, this one. The secretary unbelievably rude, and the vet that we dealt with made me feel like a monster for not realizing sooner. After feeling like garbage they convinced me (a poor student) to spend a total of $650 to clip the nail. I found out only 2 months later from my family vet that this is normally a $50 procedure. Please DO NOT go to this shady place.
you dont meet the vet (initially put me off but after going to a different vet where I did meet them but found them fake -well I prefer it as it is) In the years I have gone there they are not only the best but the most inexpensive in the area and except for one issue (which was why we left at one point) where they thought we were abusing a cat (we deal with lots of ferals and they didnt ask so were unaware) and called spca water under the bridge and I am back with them and happy.
