Keep away from this company. Terrible costumer service. No reminder or email notification for my senior parents purchased their tickets with this agency for travelling back home and it causes them to miss their flight! When I called and asked them why you are not notifying your costumer about their flight time they blamed me back which it was your responsibility to take care of that. This extra care is what people expect when they book tickets via a travel agent. Poor, unprofessional manner.
