I have had a real passion for cooking ever since I was a child! I grew up in an Italian family, were amazing food was central to all events.

I have completed my Journeyman Red Seal Certificate in 2011 from the Ontario Ministry of Trades. I most recently spent the last 2 years working in Whistler BC as a Chef for the Renowned Whistler Blackcomb Ski Resort at the Rendezvous Ski Lodge located 7000ft up Blackcomb Mountain.
