Was with two other people having a nice hangout on a Saturday night was there for three hours from 2:45-5:45 and we all had bought teas and a young boy walked up to us and asked us to buy something or leave very rudely. There was only 2 other couples on the whole place and did not see how we were causing any annoyance. Have never been asked to buy something or leave, especially at a place where you are not being served.
Horrible ..crowds of teens hanging right outside door smoking ..cussing. Taking up all the seats inside with o purchases. Staff is disorganized seem to be lacking in training. Overall very unimpressed
Serious problems with people not listening.Please I just want a decaf coffee not topped with regular coffee.People ask for decaf for many different reasons.I hope that management can get a handle on some of the poor service.There is a nice kid in drive thru,he jokes is fast and we love him.The rest needs work truly.
