I had never shopped at Ashley's before. The customer service I received from Chad was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly.I returned three times to the store before making a purchase and never once did I feel pressured to buy. Chad was outstanding and I would definitely return to Ashley's again. A five star experience and I attribute that to chad!
