Reassuring
Being able to talk to the doctor that was going to be performing the surgery on my dog was very reassuring. They are very focused and I knew he was in good hands.

High level of Trust
I know I can trust Dr. Steinebach with my dogs because of the high level of concern he has for their well-being. He genuinely cares about how they're doing and how he can help them. He's done surgeries on my dogs in the past, and they've all come out with drastic improvements. He takes his work personally, so it's rare to see him not working at 100%
