Andy in experienced in both public and private sector commercial real estate. He is equipped with over 9 years of commercial real estate experience in municipal property taxation, transactional brokerage, appraisal, and property management. Prior to a career in commercial real estate he was in investment banking and accounting. Andy is also experienced with the procurement, construction, and opening of multiple retail stores; and understands the real estate requirements from both a commercial tenant's and landlord's perspective. Andy is a graduate from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's of Commerce (Real Estate). He is an AACI designated appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and holds an Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation with BOMI International.
