    We had a really g...

    We had a really good experience with this business. The owner was very accommodating and stayed late on her day off to make sure we were taken care of. She was very helpful at finding frames that were of quality and in our price range. We even got a call afterwards to make sure our prints turned out the way we wanted. My husband and I were very satisfied with the service and our finished products.

    ruined valuable art work

    I brought an original pastel canvas in to be properly framed on the advise of the artist. I had it double matted and framed to avoid smudging or damage. In less then 2 years it slipped down between the matt and is consequently smudged. My husband and I took it apart to repair it and found it was secured by one small piece of scotch tape on the top. I could and would have done a far superior job myself ....saving me hundreds of dollars and my art work would not have been ruined by this unprofessional carelessness. EXTREMELY ANGRY AND UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
