If I could give 0 stars I would. RUDEST staff of any business Ive been in. Christ people, if you hate your jobs so much - QUIT. They treat you like youre a chore that they hate taking part in. Much sighing and zero smiling. They are snippy and answers to any questions are short, annoyed and uninformative. Even calling in over the phone, I asked if something could be done over the phone as without a car Im unable to come in. The answer was -Thats not my problem, figure it out.- Real professional.
I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating...I literally hate this place, every time I go here for any reason they always send me away to get something.
my marriage license, I called ahead of time they told me to bring a picture ID (Drivers license) and another piece of ID, so I did, but when I got there they sent me away and asked me to bring in my birth certificate... REALLY?
2) I bought a new vehicle and wanted to put my old plate on it, but a written bill of sale wasn't good enough..
Good service but they need to know what's going on with their instructor one of the worst I can't remember the name but his intail(SA) always fail unless u know him from( Collingwood registry to in out registry now my friend told me he need tip around 300 but my self I won't give him money please If anyone now or can investigate why he is doing that thanks
By far WOULD NOT recommend them!!! Failed every time I went for my learners and drivers but as soon as I went to a different location I passed with flying colours. This place is a money grabber and the instructors are either too stuck up or don’t know how to drive themselves.

i just wrote a review about my son doing his class 1 driving test to finalize.. the instructor names a driving school tells him to go rent one of their trucks then he will come and retest him cause he does their testing. i checked into it comes to another $800.00 salesman maybe?? i do want to add the girls that work inside were very good to us, but i would not recommend doing your driving test there at all!!
My daughter has gone to this registry twice now, and failed both times, the first for rolling a stop sign, (which I get), today it was for not proceeding with caution through a T intersection, even though she was only doing 35 kph,with extremely clear sightlines at the corners.
As a licensed driving instructor in this province, I would DEFINITELY not recommend this registry!
Super fast service. Had my road test today and passed it the first time. Ofcourse they won't issue you a license if you are not ready to drive or making dangerous mistakes. My examiner was strict, but logically strict if you know what I mean. He gave me thumbs up for doing not too bad at the end. I passed yay!! Treating my self with pizza and chilled pepsi now :D
Horrible customer service. Went there to renew registration they told me to come back with a document so I come back two days later with a copy of it and they specify oh it has to be an original. Now I have to go back a THIRD time because the first lady didn't specify it had to be an original. Unbelievable!
Don't go there to do your drivers exam. The instructor is extremely rude. My car had a broken brake light that I had not noticed before so he gave me the option to fix it, and come back to MAYBE have the option to wait the whole day there in case someone else cancels their exam, or rent a car and do the exam, or leave altogether. While I was with my mother and already nervous before belief, as it was the SAME instructor that failed me the first time, he gave us 2 MINUTES to choose, saying "hurry we are already late" even though I arrived on time and HE was busy talking to another worker and laughing as I waited for him. I chose to rent a car, thinking it would be a registry car, but turns out it was HIS OWN CAR that we used. Very sketchy. Once I got in the car, he gave me no time to observe the vehicle I had no experience with and demanded I drive as we were already late. As I drove his mood was very intimidating and he was extremely picky. For example, he took off marks for going 55 in a 50 zone. Ridiculous. When my mother went to approach him, he completely brushed her off instead of speaking with her. Never will I go there again.
I go here because it is the closest to my house. Every time I leave I am angry. The people are so rude! I actually think they only hire people who are rude. I waited in line, they said I needed a piece of mail. I went back to my car got a piece of mail (sent from the registry office) waited in line again only to be told that wasn't an acceptable price of mail because they sent it to me!! Go back to my car AGAIN, wait in line AGAIN, with mail from Canada revenue, they were upset with that too! They are very short, when I asked why I had to get a new picture she answered with HUGE attitude. I wish I could give a negative star rating. I WILL GLADLY DRIVE FARTHER TO ANY OTHER REGISTRY. NEVER GO HERE!
I honestly wouldn't recommend going here. After wasting over an hour in line just to change my license from Ontario to Alberta I find out a week later (by phone call) that the girl who did it messed up my name and now I have to do it all over again or they will cancel my license. . Seriously? You have my old license AND my birth certificate! How do you NOT know how to copy down a name?! Worst experience EVER!!!
Would not recommend taking drivers test with these people. My son tried twice with them. The first time they failed him for NOT stopping at a green light when turning right. The next time they failed him for STOPPING at a green light before he turned right. I hear they don't pass anybody on the first try.
I would never EVER recommend taking your driver test here! if it is your first time they will FAIL you for the stupidest reason ! I took training at AMA and then went here for the test and wham failed all for a reason everyone has said is dumb ! The Instructor was rude from the second i got in the car ! yet after when i saw him with a person of his own culture was beyond friendly . he was looking for anything to fail me and he did ! I wont be returning nor will i EVER recommend any one
