They are NOT a very professional group of people. Tires are over priced...pricing was so arbitrary??? Whomever is running that place needs to learn some business skills, professionlism skills and all around management skills!!! Customer may not always be right, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is always the right option!
Unprofessional, overpriced, irresponsible children. If they damage your vehicle when it's in their "care", they'll plead ignorance to the matter. Claim ownership of your mistakes! I'll own it that I made the mistake in putting my vehicle in their "care", and it won't happen again.
