I'd like to thank the two ladies at the front desk who were very compassionate as we just put out cat of 21 years to sleep You are great at your jobs.The vet that told us it was her time thank you for being compassionate and to the vet that help with the procedure thankyou , you made her last minutes very peaceful?
Excellent service, great and friendly staff. They actually care for your pets. Best clinic in town. They have always taken extra care of my pets every time I've got their. My pets couldn't be in better hands. Thanks Dr. Sandhu and staff for all the care.
Our dog had some serious dental issues, our original vet quoted us 1900-2990. So we brought her here and they quoted us 600-1000, depending on how many teeth she had to get pulled. It cost us $1000. The vet was great and the ladies in reception were awesome. I called about 5 times to check up on our girl and they always made me feel like she was being well cared for.
Our dog just had dental. Cost around 400 including bloodwork that revealed a potential future issue, we were quoted 1200 from our previous vet. At 10 years old and the condition of her teeth we would not have questioned extractions, or extra fees, but got neither. The vet took the time to fully and carefully explain and answer the risks and all questions we had. I felt the vet advised us honestly and ethically, I would not hesitate to bring our dog back again. I have taken my dogs to this clinic for many years and have always been very happy with the level of care and competency of the Doctors and front end staff. I have often referred the clinic to family and friends. Unlike many clinics in Calgary this clinic has reasonable rates so everyone can afford to have medical care for their pets.
WORST VET IN THE CITY!
Yes the prices are good, but is it really worth it when it comes to the wellbeing of your pet? No.
Took my dog here to have her spayed, when I picked her up she cried in pain for days.. She ended up with a really bad eye infection as well as an infection in her stomache. I took her back to have them check her out and I was told she was fine.. Took her to another vet and they told me if I hadn't, she would have died. Lots of meds later, she is now okay.
The doctor can perform his duties, but I do question his abilities now, maybe he does only have a surface level understanding. Ex: when the blood test he did for my dog is said to be good and and healthy, but then another doctor at another clinic says that it is unhealthy...
Love this clinic. The receptionist answered all my queations over the phone and i didnt make any appointment to get checkup done for my cat, even though they were very busy they still managed to take my cat in and everyone was very professional. I loved the care provided to my cat by the Vet. He is a great doctor. Thanks Doctor.
Best vet in calgary, always caring, answered all the questions and was very polite. I ve been to other clinics but this is the best out off all. Thankyou north east animal clinic for all the care.
The reception over the phone was professional, courteous and insightful.In person,welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable.The Veterinarians were equally caring, polite,sincere,expert and my dogs were notably relaxed and comfortable while being administered to.The building might need a bit of decor updating and the parking lot could use some attention but these were not my priorities.I was looking for care and attention for my dogs.I was not disappointed and the bill was an amazing surprise.
i have a little puppy i toke in for shots i asked a question about ticks and flees and the doctor just seemed to avoid answering me like he didn't no the answer or something definitely going to try out a different clinic
Very caring and excellent service, I brought my dog to them in an emergency situation and they took us in right away and did the surgery and really in the end saved her life, I will always come back to this clinic, the staff is amazing!!
My husband & I have a new puppy and took him to NE Animal Clinic for his first shots, etc. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgable. The doctor was gentle, compassionate and took the time to answer all of my questions. I've been to a few vets in the past and found his services very reasonably priced. We've made our next appt!
