I called Next Rain to fix some issues in my yard. I received prompt and professional service. Their tech was very polite and helpful. He resolved all my issues in a timely manner. Great employees and customer service.
Feel like I've been robbed. We've used Next Rain Irrigation for a number of years for Spring startup and Fall blowouts and have never had a issue. A "technician" came to our home to fix two solenoid valves - he was there a total of 30 minutes - we were charged a Call Fee of $90.00 - a minimum hour of labor $110.00 and parts. None of there charges (most importantly the Call Out Fee) where ever discussed or mentioned when we booked the service - the owner declined to speak with us.
