Make sure you get a quote in writing for repairs! Was billed over $23.00 more than verbal quote to replace a pull cord on a John Deere lawn mower. When I questioned it, I was told it was due to shop materials! Shouldn't all materials be included in quote?? Won't be back!!
Service department is terrible. Over priced and no guarantee or refund on poor service work. No surprise that on all 4 visits there were no other customers in the store. Not sure how they stay in business.
One star is to good for this place not sure how they are in business they are out to screw people and they don’t care honestly go somewhere else save your time the have no customer appreciation or customer care and the will charge you even for the air you breath in this place and the manager wow what a treat DONT GO HERE THEY SUCK WORST CUMPANY EVER I don’t think they even no ?? Worst service ever. Dropped off for a carb kit. They came back with $380 for a carburetor and said the carb kit would not work. Declined and then they added a $72 estimate fee before they would release. Had to pay and then checked machine and found they broke the cast tab that holds linkage which is why they wanted the carb instead of kit. Manager was ignorant but only learned that from the owner. Run far away from EJ Mower. They will try to screw you. But they will smile as they do.
I bought a Husqvarna 440 chain saw in Nov. also purchased the special premixed fuel which gave me extra warranty. Went to use it in May for the first time it gave me problems, such as starting issues, would not keep running and no power. Staff at EJ Mower was not helpful to resolve my concerns. i phoned customer service Husqvarna they explained why this could be happening and said tweeting the carb to set fuel air mixture could be an issue since it is factory set.
I bought a new sthil Model BR600 Magnum backpack leafblower on Friday Jan 06 and Used it twice. It worked really well and I was happy with it. The third time I went to use it the strap broke. (Stitching came undone) When I went in to get a new on which was 3 days after I bought it, they told me I had to wait for them to order me a new strap. I asked for a replacement one to use until they would fix mine because it is still snowing and that is why I bought it. They just kind of laughed. :(
Great Service. Knowledgable counter staff, helpful sales guys. Would visit again. Had parts in stock I needed.
