called this company to fix a kitchen sink and was very pleased with the service:) very thorough and professional:) the tech Luiz was very friendly, pleasant and did a good job:)
I called Clearview to auger the sewer line of my 60 year old home following assessment by the city. Luiz was prompt and courteous, respectful of my financial constraints and took the time to do a careful, thorough job. He offered helpful observations to improve the function of the sewer line and one of the main lines inside my home. I am pleased with the service.
This is the company to call if you need any heating or plumbing service. Clearview has been exceptionally good to me over the course of the past year or so when I had numerous furnace issues. My furnace wasn't installed by Clearview but they absolutely went beyond the limit to help me when my heat went out at any given time. Field Supervisor Gerry is the best & was very professional & patient with my yapping dogs.
I had some plumbing issues with my toilet today & called Clearview. They had a service man out by 1:00 who had everything all fixed in no time. Trevor was also very professional, friendly & pleasant to deal with despite my yapping dogs. I'm having him back in the next month or so to change out some pipe under my kitchen sink too.
I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else but Clearview Plumbing & Heating now. The office staff are all the nicest bunch as well & they go out of their way to be helpful.
We used Clearview to install a frost free outdoor faucet last August. When we turned it on for the first time this spring, it burst - causing much water to go onto our laundry room. We phoned Clearview and the dispatcher was very sympathetic and efficient. A technician was to be in our home between 8AM and noon the next day. No one arrived until 7:10 PM, but we were phoned from time to time to update us on the status. Steve was very good, efficient, personable, and I was pleased to see that the last work was fully guaranteed - with no hassles. I would certainly use them again.
For several days the bathtub drain was slow, then would not drain, I tried chemicals, plunger and a hand crank auger, no success so I called the pros late at night but couldn't get anyone til the next morning.
Joey came and assessed the already known condition and went right to work, he had the tools needed and when the clogged drain was freed up, ensured that all the blockage had been removed. While watching all the debris float down the drain, I handed him a bottle of Fantastik and suggested that while he had the gloves on and the time elapsed was minimal, he should clean out the tub.
He did it, and indicated that in 7 years of drain service, I was the first ever to ask him to clean the tub. I appreciated the extra time he spent doing it, The shower I was able to have was well worth putting a smile on his face at the start of the day.
