March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated). Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

Just out for your money! Do not go to this location! Staff who dont know their own products and sells and pushes the crappy stock at customers so that they will buy it

You have a phone number. Try picking up the phone. Just spent 3k on a tv and have called 15+ times to inquire about the order and not once had someone pick up. Stay away from this store - go anywhere but here
