We have taken our cats here for many years and been very pleased with the staffs handling of checkups, emergencies and needles. But today I was completely blown away: our cat went missing back in April and I had called to see if he was there. They took my info and said they would be in touch if he turned up. Well I received that call 4 months later! We are ecstatic to have our little guy back and it's all thanks to the mystery family we assume took him in when he went missing, they nice lady who found him in the park and the clinic staff who were caring and thorough enough to look through their records before sending him off to a shelter. Our Chihuahua was attacked by a 85lb German Shepard last night. Not only did our pup sustain lacerations from the other dog, so did my husband. We showed up to Beatties and our pup was taken in RIGHT AWAY.
