Went there because they were the only vet that would take the appointment, unfortunately my pet had to be put down (this was the best decision for my pet). All the staff was absolutely amazing! I really loved everyone there, they were all just so nice and considerate. Even though I was there for something I didn’t want to be there for, all the staff there made it a bit better. Our wee yorkie "T.J." started a terrible cough and was having trouble breathing.. Unfortunately our family vet was in surgery and not available on this particular day?. We called 4 other veterinary clinics in the area and all of them said "sorry, no appts available" we couldn't believe that even being an extreme emergency (difficulty breathing) we were being turned away!
