Ken fixed our dishwasher which was under warranty. He was able to come the day we called him (Friday) to diagnose the problem and fitted the part Monday. Very fast and friendly service plus he shared several dishwasher tips with us that will help our dishes get even cleaner. Highly recommend! Read more

My 5phone year old fridge stopped working a few weeks ago. I went online to find a repair service and came across Purcell Appliance. The Tech was out with an hour, identified the problem, said he would look into the warranty and then let me know what was the best way to move forward. The parts where covered under warranty and he had them in within 3 days and installed on the fourth day.. I knew the cost in advance and nothing was hidden. Fridge is working perfectly now.
