Although Boston Pizza is a big chain, I consider it a unique restaurant for our little town of Pembroke. The staff greet you right away and don't keep you waiting too long. Take-out is always a snap. The menu is huge and sometimes they get the order wrong. There's really something for everyone here. The Thai Bites are very spicy but tasty. The pasta is really fresh and filling. They go a little onion-happy sometimes so if you don't like onions make sure you tell them. We ordered a pizza one night and brought it back to the boat, it was hot & delicious and you could tell that they make their own dough, we've only had bad food experiences in Fenelon Falls so it was nice to actually enjoy a meal. Looks like when we are docked in Fenelon we'll be eating pizza. The only thing that I thought was a bit tacky was when I ordered my vegetarian pizza because it was later in the evening the owner tried to get me to buy his old dried up pizza instead of the fresh one I ordered. After reading the reviews online about this restaurant I was apprehensive about going to a staff Xmas get-together involving 16 people. I don't know what other reviewers are talking about. The servers had excellent manners and the food was good (for the price) and was served in a timely manner. I didn't hear any complaints from anyone at our table.
