I travel a lot for business, and most is short notice. I have used the dog sitting service at least a dozen times in a twelve month period. Hug a pup is very accommodating with pick up and drop off times. The facility is clean, warm and very low stress for the dogs. My dog is very excited to go and I have no worries when she is at her home away from home. Cathie does a great job.

The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie.
