Peter came to my house himself on an Easter weekend when my well pump quit and we installed a new one and had a good time of it, even though it was a muddy job and a holiday weekend. After replacing our complete heating & a/c system, we had an ongoing problem with our programable thermostat which McCrea’s replaced under warranty. The system worked well for awhile until after a power outage, it failed. With no manufacturers support, McCrea changed it outright to another system which is performing well to date. Kevin & Chris are very professional & supported us through the lengthy process to finally make our system work well. We remain a very satisfied customer.
