A great guys night out in Little Italy

You’ve got the guys together, you’re in the neighbourhood and now your search is on for the best local spots. Here are a few options for you and the boys when you’re in Little Italy. Each of these College Street hotspots share an unbeatable combination of energy, atmosphere and fun.

Sneaky Dee's

1
431 College St, Toronto, ON M5T 1T1

Looking for eats and beats? You'll find cheap pub fare and head-banging music from some of Toronto’s most underground bands at this longstanding College Street haunt. This is the kind of dive bar you go to when you want to have pure, unadulterated fun and nothing matters except the music and drinks. Grab a platter of the legendary nachos before you head upstairs and get ready to rock like you haven’t done in ages. Remember, Sneaks is cash-only so plastic doesn’t pay.

The Emmet Ray

2
924 College St, Toronto, ON M6H 1A4

It’s cool in the bluesy sense of the word, it has awesome music and cheap drinks and the whisky list will put any Scottish distillery to shame. They’re also open every night of the year and if you get there before 9 p.m. you can score cheap pints. The decor is classy yet comfortable, with couches and bench seats for tables. Choose a DJ, comedy night, open-mic night or live music options through the week.

Revival Bar

3
783 College St, Toronto, ON M6G 1C5

This Little Italy bar has come a long way since its humble beginnings, now boasting three floors of party space. You can host a private party if you have a large group, but most people come here for the concerts which have previously featured the likes of Sarah McLachlan and Justin Timberlake. The drinks are market-priced, tickets are really affordable, the bartenders are super cute and one of the best events each month is hip hop karaoke.

Mullins Irish Pub

4
537 College St, Toronto, ON M6G 1A9

You may initially go here for a guys’ night out but as soon as you step inside, it’ll become your favourite local watering hole. The decor is rustic and simple, just the way you’d find it in Ireland. There’s an east-facing patio for when you want to enjoy the warmer weather and the booths inside are perfect for knocking down pitchers and pints. Bonus: drinks are regularly on special so you don’t have to break the bank to have fun.

Good things come in small packages. That's especially true when you consider how much flavour can be packed into that classic pub-food favourite: the chicken wing. Whether you like 'em hot and spicy or sweet and tangy, chicken wings deliver big taste in a compact form. When you're craving a pile of yummy, sticky, chicken goodness, here's where you'll find it in Victoria.
Nachos may have been invented in Mexico, but they are enthusiastically embraced in Quebec City. Locals can't get enough! Whether you share them with a friend or keep them all to yourself, you can satisfy a case of the munchies with the delicious nachos available at these great city spots.
Tired of the same old same old? Switch it up a little and go on the hunt for a fabulous hot dog. This American street food is no longer just for ball parks and barbecues. Throughout Quebec City you'll find everything from the most basic steamed dog to gourmet hot dogs you never would have imagined.
