Most of the employees are rude and very unaccomodating. They couldnt care less about loyalty. They care even less if you buy there or not. The manager was very rude to my face and condesending. It has always been that way and today, on the last straw, I decided I am never walking through thier door again. After many many purchases there including several chainsaws, leaf blowerand a whipper snipper, tools etc and never a complaint from me the service sucks. Zero stars!
