J’ai acheté une voiture électrique. On m’a DONNÉ la borne, mais voilà que pour prendre possession du véhicule il faut payer 350$ plus taxe parce que ce n’est pas gratis la borne. Donc on me donne la borne mais le remboursement du gouvernement c’est Le concessionnaire que le garde. Je n’ai pas compris, la vendeuse m’avait assuré qu’ il n’aurait pas des frais cachés.....
