iTec Mobile

Terrible experience at iTec Mobile. Went in to repair a broken screen and came out with an unusable phone, not responsive to touch, and screen activity when not touching. They charged me almost 300$ to repair this, claiming they needed to run a series of tests before repairing the screen. When I went back to show them that it wasnt working properly, he did not offer any help. I am now extremely frustrated and will probably have to get a new phone. I do not recommend iTec Mobile.

Not professional. Has had iPad and MacBook for 7 months and hasn't finished the repairs. Paid cash up front and no receipt. Afraid I'll never see them working again. Normally we support local business, but not this place.
